The Basics

When and where will Click Away 2020 be?

The next Click Away conference will be held at the Loews Atlanta Hotel in midtown Atlanta, Georgia, from March 6-8, 2020. We can't wait to see you there!

Is Click Away for beginner or advanced photographers? Hobbyists or Pros?

All of the above! Click Away offers a range of educational programming. From natural light lifestyle sessions with children, to styled wedding shoots, to processing demos, to business & branding classes, Click Away has programming for photographers at all levels and across a variety of genres – and you can build a custom schedule that is perfect for you. Where can I see the full event schedule and class lineup?

We are working on developing the best line up yet! We have a limited number of Early Bird tickets available, and Early Bird registrants will receive 48 hour advance scheduling privileges when we launch the instructor lineup and programming, so lock in your spot!

When can I choose my classes? When can I build my custom schedule?

Those who register for Early Bird tickets will receive 48-hour early access to choose classes and build their custom schedules when the programming lineup is announced. Those who purchase tickets during the standard registration window will be able to choose classes and build their custom schedules as soon as Early Bird scheduling is complete!

What is a "class" at Click Away?

Classes range from hands-on shooting programs, post-processing workshops, seminars, critiques and SO much more. Class sizes will vary by the nature of the program and final space assignments, but all classes are capped to ensure an optimum learning experience.

I'd like to find a roommate or plan some meet-ups. How can I connect with other Click Away attendees?

We have the perfect place! You can join our Click Away Facebook group HERE, jump right into discussions, or post to find a roommate, plan a meetup or dinner date, etc.

What's included with my ticket?

Snap, Luster and Gloss tickets get you three days of incredible interactive programming, access to sponsor pop-ups & perks, and admission to the on-site VOICE Gallery. Additionally, you'll enjoy a gorgeous continental breakfast spread Saturday & Sunday mornings, along with three fabulous events: our peachy Bellini Social registration event (with welcome gift!), Opening Night Party, and Closing Reception.

Each attendee will build a Custom Schedule, and the number of classes varies by ticket level:

Snap ticket holders get access to the Opening Keynote, Closing Panel, and one additional class of their choice.

Luster ticket holders get access to the Opening Keynote, Closing Panel, and five additional classes of their choice.

Gloss ticket holders get access to the Opening Keynote, Closing Panel, and seven additional classes of their choice.

Gloss ticketholders will also be treated to an additional VIP gift and three day access to the new Click Away Club Room, featuring all-day snacks and drinks (plus other surprises!).

Pixel ticket is valid for a single class and can be purchased as an add-on or a standalone ticket. Pixel tickets do not include welcome gift, breakfast, events, or access to additional education.

Where is Click Away programming held?

Click Away 2020 programming will be held in and around the Loews Atlanta Hotel, located in midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Indoor programs will be held within conference rooms and styled natural light spaces. Outdoor programs will be held throughout Piedmont Park and midtown Atlanta – all within walking distance.

Hotel & Location

Where should I stay for Click Away 2019?

We've secured a special room rate for Click Away attendees right at our event venue: the Loews Atlanta Hotel, a luxury 4-star hotel in the heart of Midtown. Midtown offers a range of other hotel options as well, but booking with our block will put you right in the center of the action!

The Loews Atlanta Hotel is located at 1065 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Is lodging included with my ticket?

Lodging is not included with registration. We have secured a special room rate at the Loews Atlanta Hotel, right where Click Away is taking place.

How do I book?

To book your hotel room, be sure to use this link so you can get the discounted rate.
Our exclusive rate is $229 plus tax.

Can I extend my stay?

Attendees can get the special Click Away room block rate for March 5-9, 2020 room reservations (based on availability). If you want to extend your stay, you can do so by calling Loews to add additional nights to your reservation outside of the Click Away room block.

What airport do I fly into?

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is just 13 miles (and a 20 minute taxi or Uber) from our venue at the Loews Atlanta Hotel.

What are the hotel parking rates?

A 20% discount on valet for a rate of $32 and a 20% discount on self parking for a rate of $21 is extended to Click Away attendees. There is also a paid lot across 11th street from the front drive of the hotel that is $12 - $20 for 12 hours, depending on if there’s another event in the area.

Conference & Events

When and where do I pickup my badge at Click Away?

You will pick up your conference badge by presenting a photo ID when you arrive at the conference. Your badge will gain you entry to Click Away programs, activities and events.
We have convenient badge pick up times:

  • Friday, March 6 at our Bellini Social registration event 9:00am-11:00am
  • Friday, March 6 11:00am-6:30pm
  • Saturday, March 7 9:00am-6:30pm
  • Sunday, March 8 9:00am-2:00pm

Gloss ticketholders will have a VIP registration line on-site on Friday from 9:00am - 11:00am.

What should I bring with me for Click Away?

Your camera, of course; plus a charger and some extra memory cards (trust us, you are going to be shooting up a storm!). A notebook and pen are necessities, too, because with what these presenters have in store for you, you going to be brimming with information, inspiration, secrets, strategies, and new ideas to try.

Will meals be provided?

You'll enjoy a gorgeous continental breakfast spread at Loews on Saturday & Sunday morning. Attendees are responsible for their own for lunch & dinner, and we're happy to share restaurant recommendations within walking distance of our midtown location, whether you're looking for farm-to-table Southern cuisine, fusion dining, quick eats, or even all-day breakfast and biscuits!

Does the resort comply with ADA requirements?

Yes, the Loews Atlanta Hotel complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please contact support@clickandcompany.com if you will need special arrangements at the hotel so we can make your visit to Click Away carefree and pleasant.

What's the dress code?

The short answer to this is: Whatever makes you feel great! Want a little more guidance? We'll break it down for you...

Daytime / Program Sessions: Your everyday style is perfect here (whatever that means to you!). If you’re signed up for outdoor boutiques, remember there may be a short walk (up to 15 minutes) to your shooting destination, so plan footwear accordingly. Our best guess for daytime temps will be mid-50s to mid-60s, though things can change, and even indoor conference rooms can be cool. We recommend having a jacket or wrap on hand.

Info about the Opening Night Party and Closing Reception will be shared with attendees and posted here in the coming months.

Is Click Away a family event? Can my child accompany me?

We have curated a rich social and educational schedule specifically for today’s modern photographer and do not offer programming for children at this time. Infants and nursing babies are always welcome to accompany their mothers, though we respectfully request that you quietly step out if your little one becomes disruptive. If you have a stroller, please don't block aisles or exits. We do not have child-specific programming for young photographers or childcare services at this time.

Can my spouse, sister, or friend accompany me to the social events?

Except as expressly authorized by Click Away event staff, Click Away programming - including educational programs, vendor shops, and social events - are open to registered attendees only. A paid ticket shall be required for any guest or companion over the age of 18 months accompanying you at Click Away in full or in part. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to offer the option to purchase companion passes for individual social events this year.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher ticket level if tickets are available. Email us (support@clickandcompany.com) and we'll get you squared away.

Will you be streaming the programming?

At this time, we have no plans to stream or record 2020 programming.

Will tickets sell out?

A limited number of each ticket type is available, and tickets will sell out. We suggest grabbing your spot as soon as you can. Once tickets sell out, we will set up a waitlist for hopeful attendees.

What evening activities are planned, and how do I get tickets to attend?

All Click Away registrations include access to both the Opening Night Party (Friday) and Farewell Event (Sunday).

Except as expressly authorized by Click Away event staff, Click Away programming - including educational programs, sponsor popups, and social events - are open to registered attendees only. A paid ticket shall be required for any guest or companion over the age of 18 months accompanying you at Click Away in full or in part. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to offer the option to purchase companion passes for individual social events this year.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

We have the following refund & transfer policy:

Prior to November 15, 2019: Tickets are refundable, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Alternatively, attendee may choose to transfer full ticket value to any future Click Away event within the next two years. Third party transfers are not permitted.

November 15, 2019 - February 15, 2020: Attendee may transfer full ticket value to any future Click Away event within the next two years. Third party transfers are not permitted.

February 16, 2020 or Later: We are unable to offer transfers or refunds for any reason after this date.

We understand that emergencies happen and plans change, and for this reason we do also encourage attendees to protect their purchase with travel insurance.

Can I sell or transfer my ticket?

Third party transfers are not permitted, but you can transfer the full value of your ticket to any Click Away event in the next two years provided you submit a request for this transfer prior to February 16, 2020.

How do I request a refund or transfer?

While we hope to see you at Click Away 2020, if you need to cancel your registration, please contact support@clickandcompany.com prior to February 16, 2020 to request a refund or transfer in accordance with the above-stated policy. A representative will get back to you within 5 business days.
